By using ZeroTax Plan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Educational tool — not tax, legal, or financial advice

ZeroTax Plan produces planning estimates for educational purposes. Calculations use simplified 2025/2026 federal brackets and approximate state rates; they do not account for every credit, phase-out, AMT, NIIT, or state-specific rule.

Nothing in the app creates a CPA, attorney, or financial-advisor relationship. Always confirm any strategy with a licensed professional before acting on it.

Accuracy of estimates

We work to keep the formulas current, but tax law changes frequently. We make no warranty that any estimate, projection, or suggested saving is accurate or achievable, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the app's output.

Your data

Your inputs are stored locally in your browser as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter and for anyone you share plan links with.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: no attempting to disrupt the service, no scraping at abusive volumes, and no misrepresenting the output as professional advice to third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroTax Plan and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including taxes, penalties, or interest — arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
